ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

PT Medco E & P Malaka as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Business Classification : Medium Scale

Type of Procurement : Pengadaan Jasa Lainnya

Classification/Subclassification :  42916 Konstruksi Bangunan Sipil Pertambangan atau Bidang Sub Bidang lainnya yang sesuai

Local Content : 75%

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN dengan PDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PDN dengan PN.

Scope of Procurement: Contractor shall provide Provision of Civil Work Infrastructures services including all required Contractor Group Equipment and Contractor Group Personnel to perform the foregoing services

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 6- 10 July 2026 at 16.00 WIB

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 10 July 2026 jam 16.00 WIB

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com ) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

4. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Company who register shall registered in the APDN Services books and only Company who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the Lead of consortium, if register as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

5. Tender shall only be followed by the PQ participants candidate who domiciled in Aceh Province.

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
