PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

CITIC Seram Energy Limited (CSEL) as PSC CONTRACTOR for Seram Non-Bula Region, Seram Island, Eastern Indonesia, hereby invites qualified companies and have similar classifications to register and take part in the following Tender Qualification assessments;

TENDER NO & TITLE : 15273 GEO 26 PROVISION OF G&G STUDY FOR SHALLOW RESERVOIR POTENTIAL & EXPLORATION WELL SERVICES

SHORT DESCRIPTION (Kode KBLI 2020: 09100, 71102, 06100) : Provision of G&G Study for shallow reservoir potential and exploration well located in East Nief, Bula, Belien & Dawang area at Non Bula Area, Seram Island, Maluku

QUALIFICATION : MEDIUM SCALE ENTERPRISES

CATEGORY : LOW RISK

Registration requirements and qualification assessment are as follows :

1. Submit an interest letter to participate on this tender with attention to Tender Committee

2. Deliver a statement letter from the Top Management which states that:

a) Willing to comply to the provisions of CSEL's Procurement Guidelines - Rev.3 (Gross Split)

b) All information submitted in the qualification process is correct, and if it is found fraud / falsification of the information submitted, willing to be declared as not passing the Tender process and subject to black category sanctions

c) Not under court supervision, not declared bankrupt based on a court decision which has permanent legal force, or business activities are not being stopped

d) Not in the process of litigation in court or mediating in arbitration with CSEL either as a defendant or as a plaintiff

e) Not included in the group of goods / services providers who are subject to red category sanctions and/or black category sanctions in CSEL

3. Submit an administrative document - SPDA) which are still valid, according to the Tender's business class & line of business or registered in the CSEL's database

If none posses both, it is required to submit scans of administrative/legal documents consisting of: valid business permit, deed of company establishment and its amendments, NPWP, last year's financial report audited by a public accountant.

4. Having experience in completing similar work by attaching a scanned copy of relevant Contract (mentioning contract title, parties, scope of work, contract value and Minutes of Acceptance Letter) at least once in the last seven (7) years from the date of this announcement, in the oil industry or outside the petroleum industry, either as the main executor, a member of the Consortium, or as a sub-contractor.

5. For prospective tender participants in a consortium, they must attach a consortium agreement and one of the consortium members fulfills requirements no. 1 to 4 above.

The required documents along with the registration documents in pdf form (points 1-5) are submitted via email adminproc@citicseram.com , with email title "TENDER REGISTRATION NO. 15273 GEO 26_names of prospective tender participants "no later than 10th July 2026 at 14:00 WIB.

The results of the registration and qualification evaluation will be announce via email of each candidate bidder

Tender Committee has full rights over the submitted documents and cannot be contested
