Tender Announcement Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. ("COMPANY") a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi ("SKKMIGAS") as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors ("PARTICIPANT") to participate in the Pre-Qualification ('PQ") process with the following details:

2 Bid Title : PROVISION OF PROJECT CONSULTANCY FOR ANAMBAS

3 Contract Period : Thirty Six (36) Months

4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide technical third-party consultancy services to support COMPANY's development project in Anambas block. The consultancy services shall cover various functions such as but are not limited to Drilling, Subsurface, Facilities, EPCI, and Procurement.

5 Type of Procurement : Services

6 Business Qualification : Medium and Large Business

7 Business Classification :

78200- Aktivitas Penyediaan Tenaga Kerja Waktu Tertentu; and/or
78300 Penyediaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Manajemen Fungsi Sumber Daya Manusia

8 HSE Risk Assessment : High Risk

9 Minimum Local Content : 90%

Interested PARTICIPANT which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period : 03 July - 09 June 2026 at 08.00 - 15.00 hours (WIB).

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration :

1. Valid SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin).

2. Valid business license (NIB/SIUP and other applicable licenses) which shows that PARTICIPANT has a valid license in accordance with the required business classification

3. Statement letter confirming PARTICIPANT intentions to participate in this PQ process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by PARTICIPANT's authorized personnel.

4. Statement letter confirming that PARTICIPANT will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 90% signed by PARTICIPANT authorized personnel.

All the above registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com

3 PQ Document Distribution Period : 10 July 2026 at 15.00 hours (WIB).

PQ Documents will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date : 17 July 2026 at 15.00 hours (WIB).

PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com by the due date above.

5 PQ Correspondences (Via Email Only) : All electronic correspondences and soft copies of PQ Proposals shall be addressed to the following:

Only Registered PARTICIPANTS who submitted complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluations in their entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
