ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Sakakemang B.V. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Type of Procurement : Pengadaan Jasa Lainnya

Classification : 09100 -Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak Bumi dan Gas Alam atau Bidang/Sub Bidang lainnya yang sejenis

Local Content : 60% for services

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.

Scope of Procurement:

Contractor shall provide casing drive system, casing handling, liner handling, screen handling, and tubing handling equipment and services in support of Company operations at Company Operating Area

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com  : 2 July 2026 8 July 2026 (15.00 WIB)

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 8 July 2026 (15.00 WIB)

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload al required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
